Membership is available to everyone and anyone.  The membership type appropriate is determined by whether you live in the Olde Liberty community (a “Resident”) or in another community (a “Non-Resident”).

MEMBERSHIPS

Membership is subject to the Swim Center rules as they may be updated from time-to-time.  All members, their household occupants, and their guests must know and abide by the rules.

Province Grande HOA

An annual renewed membership for homeowners ONLY in the Province Grande HOA.

Description

If your home belongs to the Province Grande HOA, this membership is for you.  Our FAQs help guide your determination whether you belong to this HOA.  If your home does not belong to the Province Grande HOA, please purchase a SwimFit year-round membership.

For homes in the Province Grande HOA, the annual membership fee is paid through HOA dues.  The membership has no other cost, and homeowners in the Province Grande HOA do not pay an additional membership fee (except guest and event fees, which apply to all members).  Future additions to the Swim Center facility may be available at an additional fee.

The features of Province Grande HOA membership are:

  • Use of the original Swim Center pool and picnic pavilion.
  • Use of the pool and pavilion by your authorized guests subject to the guest policy on our About page.
  • The privilege to reserve use of the picnic pavilion for your personal (non-business) events subject to the reservation and guest policies also on our About page.
  • Reserved use of the fitness room in accordance with our fitness room policy also on our About page.
  • Payment automatically through HOA dues.

The membership is perpetual for the HOA member’s lot but use of the facility will be suspended for any violation of the HOA’s rules or non-payment of HOA dues.

The membership is subject to all of the Swim Center’s rules and policies on our About page.
