We’ve answered a lot of questions over the years. You’ll not be surprised to learn that we’ve answered some questions more than once.

We’ve collected here the questions asked frequently (sometimes very frequently) and also some of the most important information you should have about the Swim Center.

How Do I Purchase or Renew a Membership?

NEW MEMBERSHIP IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO HOMES
IN THE PROVINCE GRANDE HOA AND
OTHER HOAs THAT HAVE ESTABLISHED A MEMBERSHIP
RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR FACILITY

The following steps guide you through registering or renewing a membership.

TIP: Registering or renewing a membership is easier on a computer. Our site is mobile-ready, but even so, the process is easier on a computer.

Before you begin, be sure you know whether your house is in the Province Grande HOA. See this FAQ.

All of our memberships are now year-round and include access to the pool and fitness room. We no longer offer seasonal memberships. All memberships now begin on October 1.

Let’s start with identifying whether you are eligible for renewal. If you are not currently a member, you are not eligible for renewal, even if you were a member previously.

We no longer offer individual SwimFit memberships.

If you represent a homeowner association having 25% or more of its members who want to use our facility, please contact us. We do not offer new individual memberships, except to homes in the Province Grande HOA.

Please also be aware that membership dues / fees are not refundable.

On our Memberships page:

  • You will see the memberships that we offer.
    • Choose “Province Grande HOA” if your house is in the Province Grande HOA.
    • Otherwise, if your HOA has established a membership relationship with our facility, choose “SwimFit”.
  • If you choose:
    • “Province Grande HOA”, you can proceed to the next step OR
    • “SwimFit”, you will be asked to identify your HOA.
  • Regardless of the membership that applies to you, payment will be made to your HOA.
  • If you do not own the home in which you reside, please contact us.
  • Click on “View Cart” in the message that appears just below the site menu or click on the cart icon in the site header to view your cart and checkout.
    • You will checkout without entering payment information.  You will be asked for your “Billing Details” (your name and billing address), but your dues are paid by your HOA.  You will not be asked for credit card information.
    • Complete the checkout process.
    • We will verify that your HOA has identified you as a member in good standing. If you are not currently in good standing or you lose your good standing status, your membership with our facility will be suspended. We may assess a reinstatement fee.

After you complete your “purchase”, you will receive a receipt. Keep this receipt in the event any question arises later about your membership. The receipt also contains a coupon code that you will be able to use during the swim season to receive up to 20 free weekday guest passes. You will not be able to receive those free weekday guest passes without the coupon code.

Once you have purchased your membership, please read our FAQs about using the facility, obtaining your access card and pool wristbands (only from May to September), signing the fitness room waiver, and other important topics.
