Some people are confused by the neighborhood names in our community. All of the neighborhoods below are in our community, but the history of development and home construction has led to branding of some parts of the community with an additional name. Here’s clarification:
- Province Grande (at Olde Liberty) is the portion of the our community to the left of the main traffic circle, which currently consists only of homes on Olde Liberty Drive and Vast View Court. The Homeowner’s Association for these homes is the Province Grande HOA.
- In addition, homes on Sutherland Drive with house numbers higher than or equal to 200 are in the Province Grande HOA.
- Homes on Cowpens Court and the future Venture Court and Turnberry Court are in the Province Grande HOA.
- Ashberry Village (at Olde Liberty) is the portion of our community comprised of homes on Ashberry Lane, Gallery Park Drive (a loop that connects on each end to Ashberry Drive) and two cul-de-sacs off of Ashberry Lane. Homes on Ashberry Lane with house numbers higher than or equal to 235 are in the Province Grande HOA. All other homes in Ashberry Village are in the Ashberry HOA. No home in the Ashberry HOA may join or use the Swim Center at any time.
- Olde Liberty Club is the remainder of the community. All homes in the remainder of the community are in the Olde Liberty Golf Club HOA. No home in the Olde Liberty Golf Club HOA may join or use the Swim Center at any time.
Knowing your neighborhood is important because there are differences in the Swim Center membership available to each neighborhood.
Once you know the neighborhood in which you live, you’ll know the HOA to which your home belongs. Knowing this much reveals your membership options.
