We’ve answered a lot of questions over the years. You’ll not be surprised to learn that we’ve answered some questions more than once.

We’ve collected here the questions asked frequently (sometimes very frequently) and also some of the most important information you should have about the Swim Center.

How Do I Ensure That I Am on the Facility’s Email List?

In the Spring of 2026, we undertook a rebuild of our email list after almost 10 years of building our prior list. The rebuild occurred to remove many stale email addresses and limit our communications to members.

Our email list will now be limited to ONLY registered accounts on our website as explained below:

  • The registered account must have an active Province Grand HOA or SwimFit membership as shown on the My Account web page that appears when you log into our site and click on the Account link in the upper right corner of the website header as shown below.
  • The My Account page shows your most recent membership and its expiration date. Be sure that your membership is either a Province Grande HOA or SwimFit 2026 membership and that the expiration date is not before September 30, 2026.  (The screenshot below shows an expired membership.)
  • If your Province Grande HOA membership is expired, you can renew it by clicking on the Renew link. The membership is free to households that belong to the Province Grande HOA only. (If you do not know the HOA to which your household belongs, read this FAQ.)
    • Other memberships cannot be renewed. We do not offer new memberships or renewals to homes that do not belong to the Province Grande HOA.
    • If your household does not belong to the Province Grande HOA, you may contact us about membership, but we are not offering any new memberships at this time.
    • The screenshot below shows an active Province Grande HOA membership.
  • Your website account must have a complete billing and shipping address. You can see and edit your billing and shipping addresses by clicking on the ADDRESSES tab in the left menu bar of the My Account page, as shown below.

If you have an active membership and your billing and shipping addresses are complete AND your household belongs to the Province Grande HOA, you should receive email from us beginning by April 15, 2026. If you do not see an email from us by that date, please review this FAQ (the one you are reading). If you have followed these instructions and you have not seen an email from us by April 15, 2026, then contact us.
