This Statement of Privacy (“Policy”) applies to the Websites and the Province Grande Swim and Fitness Center (collectively “Swim Center”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Swim Center include all subsidiaries and affiliates of them and their websites. The Websites are membership and information sites. By using the the Swim Center, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
In order to better provide you with products and services offered by the Swim Center, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- First, middle, and last name
- Mailing address
- Billing address
- E-mail addresses
- Phone numbers
- Household member names, ages, and relationships to you
- Details about the purchase of your home
- Vehicle license plates, makes, models, and years
- Driver license numbers
- Credit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes
If you purchase Province’s products or services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. If we collect information about household members under the age of thirteen, we use the information solely to verify the child’s privilege to use the Swim Center facilities. Province may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:
- Age
- Gender
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Province’s public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to purchase a membership or to use certain products or services available from us. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Websites; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products or services on our Websites. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Use of your Personal Information
Province collects and uses your personal information to operate its Websites and deliver the products and services you have requested. Province may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Province Companies and their affiliates.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Information submitted by you through our contact form is stored on our Websites and used by us to provide products, services, and information to you, which you may have requested directly or which we may believe is responsive to your inquiry.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. You may see, edit, or delete you personal information at any time (except you cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Other users of our Websites cannot see your personal data unless you choose to share it.
