We’ve answered a lot of questions over the years. You’ll not be surprised to learn that we’ve answered some questions more than once.

We’ve collected here the questions asked frequently (sometimes very frequently) and also some of the most important information you should have about the Swim Center.

What should I expect once I register, renew, or purchase my membership?

The swim season dates are announced by email and in a separate FAQ.

Once you have renewed or purchased a membership (whether you pay us directly or pay through the Province Grande HOA), here’s what to expect next:

  • We communicate to members only by email using MailChimp. You can be sure that you’re on our email list by entering your email address in the Subscribe box at the top or bottom right of every page of our website. Please be sure that our emails are not going to your spam folder.
  • Before attempting to get an access card or pool wristbands or use the fitness room, please be sure that your membership profile is complete and that you have given us at least one of a billing or shipping address. Your access card cannot be activated and you cannot receive pool wristbands until we have this information.
  • For use of the pool each year, one adult from EVERY member household (no matter your type of membership or your HOA) must visit the clubhouse in early May.
    • The schedule for visiting the clubhouse is announced by email beginning in late April or earlier.
    • A full-time adult occupant from your household (not a neighbor or friend or relative) must come to the clubhouse. The adult must be named on the deed or lease to your home. You must show us a copy of the deed or lease.
    • We will ask the adult to give us a photo or copy of his / her picture ID. We also will ask the adult from your household to give us a picture or copy of the picture ID for every other adult who you claim to be a full-time occupant of your household. You may obscure / redact the birthdate and identifying number (e.g., driver license number) from the pictures or copies.
    • The picture IDs must show your registered membership address, matching the deed or lease.
    • We also will ask the adult to give us a copy of the birth certificate for every child you claim to be a full-time occupant of your household. You may obscure / redact the child’s birthdate.
    • We also will ask the adult to show us all access cards that you desire to have activated for the swim season unless you have purchased a card and are receiving it when you retrieve your wristbands.
    • When your household’s adult visits the clubhouse, she or he will receive your membership wristbands. New or replacement access cards will NOT be available to purchase at the clubhouse. They must be purchased through our website.
    • If your household was not a member for the prior swim season, your household adult may request four prior year wristbands, which are used as guest wristbands for the current year. Read this FAQ for more information about purchasing guest use of the pool.
    • Your household’s adult may be asked to confirm by her or his signature that she or he has read the pool’s rules and policies on our About page, has shared them with your household, and will ensure that everyone in your household and your guests abide strictly with the rules and policies.
    • We will announce the schedule by email, so please be sure you are receiving and reading our emails. We also will post an FAQ on this website with the schedule.
  • Access cards are activated for use of the fitness room only for annual members who have signed the required waiver. If you desire to use the fitness room, please contact us to complete a waiver.
    • Once you have completed the waiver, your access card will be activated for the fitness room door.
