We’ve answered a lot of questions over the years. You’ll not be surprised to learn that we’ve answered some questions more than once.

We’ve collected here the questions asked frequently (sometimes very frequently) and also some of the most important information you should have about the Swim Center.

How Do I Purchase or Renew a Membership?

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL OPENS OCTOBER 1 AND CLOSES OCTOBER 31.

NEW MEMBERSHIP IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO HOMES
IN THE PROVINCE GRANDE HOA AND
OTHER HOA GROUPS OF 25 OR MORE

The following steps guide you through registering or renewing a membership.

TIP: Registering or renewing a membership is easier on a computer. Our site is mobile-ready, but even so, the process is easier on a computer.

Before you begin, be sure you know whether your house is in the Province Grande HOA. See this FAQ.

All of our memberships are now year-round and include access to the pool and fitness room. We no longer offer seasonal memberships. All memberships now begin on October 1.

Let’s start with identifying whether you are eligible for renewal. If you are not currently a member, you are not eligible for renewal, even if you were a member previously.

If you currently are a SwimFit member in good standing (current in payment of dues and not previously terminated by you or the Swim Center), then you may renew as a SwimFit member beginning October 1 until October 31. We no longer offer the Legacy membership. If you do not see any membership available on our Memberships page, then either membership renewal and purchase is closed or has not begun. We only accept renewals in October.

If you represent a homeowner association having 25 or more members who want to use our facility, please contact us. We do not offer new individual memberships, except to homes in the Province Grande HOA.

Please also be aware that membership dues / fees are not refundable.

On our Memberships page:

  • You will see the memberships that we offer.
    • Choose “Province Grande HOA” if your house is in the Province Grande HOA.
    • Otherwise, choose “SwimFit”.
  • If you choose:
    • “Province Grande HOA”, you can proceed to the next step OR
    • “SwimFit”, you will be offered the choice to pay once annually now or to pay monthly from October through September. Make your choice and click “Purchase”.  Your membership choice will be added to your cart. If you are renewing as a
      • SwimFit member and do so after October (if renewal is offered after October) and choose to pay monthly, you will be required to pay initially for the months from October until the month you renew your membership. All late renewals may incur a fee of $100.
  • If you choose to pay in full at the time of renewal or purchase, you will pay the full year fee plus any initiation fee or late renewal fee that is applicable.
  • If you do not own the home in which you reside, please contact us.
  • Click on “View Cart” in the message that appears just below the site menu or click on the cart icon in the site header to view your cart and checkout.
    • If you chose “Province Grande HOA”, you can checkout without entering payment information.  You will be asked for your “Billing Details” (your name and billing address), but your dues are paid by your HOA.  You will not be asked for credit card information.
    • If you chose “SwimFit” and made your payment choice, then proceed to checkout and enter your billing details and payment information. We accept VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card.
    • Complete the checkout process.
    • Your card will be processed and charged for the entire year’s dues (if you chose annual payment) or for all months from October to the current month plus any late renewal or initiation fee and will be charged automatically each month thereafter (if you chose monthly payment).
    • If you chose monthly payment, your credit or debit card will be charged each month through the end of September of the following year by the end of the month.  If the transaction fails for any reason, you will be assessed a $25 fee for each failure, and your membership will be suspended until the payment succeeds. If your payment fails three times in any year, your membership may be terminated in our discretion or you may be charged an additional $100 membership restoration fee.

After you complete your purchase, you will receive a receipt. Keep this receipt in the event any question arises later about your purchase. The receipt also contains a coupon code that you will be able to use during the swim season to receive up to 20 free weekday guest passes. You will not be able to receive those free weekday guest passes without the coupon code.

Once you have purchased your membership, please read our FAQs about using the facility, obtaining your access card and pool wristbands (only from May to September), signing the fitness room waiver, and other important topics.
